Testing machine for Hybrids. This machine performs the electrical test of hybrid modules on boat. It is an In-Line machine inserted in a production line including also several GP.synergy handlers for Orthodyne bonders. Each boats may contain form 3 to 6 modules. The machine performs in sequence the electrical test on each device and allows next removal of defective units.
