Factory Automation

All GP.synergy machines can be connected, on demand, to the Factory Database for full traceability of the process.
The incoming parts man be identified as well with bar codes, matrix codes, dedicated vision systems, RFID and any other available identifying methods.
Depending on customer needs, it is possible either to exchange data in string form following a defined dialog protocol with factory server, or to read and write directly on Oracle data base.
GP.synergy may control in real time the machines all-over the world to assist the customer for machine optimisation or troubleshooting.
