Singulating, testing and wire inspection machine for Ceramic DCB (Direct Copper Bonding) modules from mastercards. The cards are supplied to the machine in magazines. The singulated, tested and vision inspected module is inserted into output magazines. The machine is fully programmable to execute the complete cycle starting from product recipe read by a bar code reader. A sophisticated "Touch screen" operator panel based on PC allows the fully programmability of each station as well for mechanical and electrical parameters. After test all the relevant parameters are stored in a txt file for analysis.
